Baby Eczema + Gut Support Consultation
For babies who developed eczema after starting solids and you’re unsure what might be contributing or what to do next.
Before we meet, I’ll personally review your baby’s health and feeding intake so we can use our time together to work out a plan that makes sense for your baby, rather than removing foods at random.
2 sessions are included in this package.
Session 1: Food Elimination + Gut Support Plan
90 minutes
Depending on your baby’s history, we can cover:
-
Brainstorming about why eczema might have started
-
Food allergy, sensitivity and intolerance considerations
-
Whether an elimination diet is appropriate and which foods make sense to remove
-
Keeping your baby’s diet varied and nourishing while foods are temporarily removed
-
Safe allergen introduction and what to do if you notice a reaction
-
Gut-support strategies and ways to strengthen the microbiome
-
What to track so we can see how your baby is responding
During the session, we’ll create a personalised elimination and gut-support plan together, with practical steps you feel comfortable implementing at home.
Session 2: Review + Reintroduction
30–45 minutes, around 3–4 weeks later
We’ll go through what has changed, how your baby’s skin has responded and anything you’ve noticed during the elimination period. From there, we can adjust the plan and work out the next steps, including food reintroductions where appropriate.
You’ll receive
-
Personal review of your baby’s health + feeding intake
-
90-minute private Zoom consultation
-
Personalised elimination + gut-support protocol
-
Clear guidance on what to feed, remove and track
-
30-45 minute follow-up consultation
-
Reintroduction and next-step plan where appropriate
