My Story

Like many parents, I started this journey overwhelmed by all the noise. So much advice, so many conflicting opinions and none of it felt quite right. I wanted to feed my baby well, but I also wanted to enjoy the process and feel confident doing it.

That’s when I turned to ancestral nutrition how our great-grandmothers fed their little ones. Real food. Simple ingredients. Nourishing meals that support gut health from day one.

Now I help parents like you feel calm and confident about starting solids. My approach blends modern knowledge with age-old wisdom, helping you skip the stress and raise thriving eaters one nourishing bite at a time.Ā
