For Mamas Who Want Feeding to Feel Simple Again
A digestion-first course for the months after starting solids, when meals are daily and feeding takes up more headspace than you expected.
Feeding your baby now means constant decisions, second-guessing, and wondering if you're getting it right
Â
You’re choosing what to serve multiple times a day, trying to balance variety, nutrients, and timing while also watching how their body responds.
Some days they eat well, other days they refuse everything. One food seems fine, another suddenly doesn’t. Advice is everywhere, but clear answers rarely are.
So feeding starts to feel like a constant struggle.
Â
Questions that start looping:
🟫 Should they be having this food yet?
đźź« Is it normal they loved it yesterday but refuse it today?
🟫 Should I switch to cow’s milk now that baby is one?
đźź« What about allergens, grains, snacks?
🟫 Why does some food sit well… and other food doesn’t?
đźź« Do I keep offering this, or switch things up?
Â
The Confident Feeder was created for this exact phase.
Â
When feeding ramps up fast, meals multiply, and you want a way to keep up without turning every day into a feeding puzzle.
It’s here to help feeding feel more manageable, more predictable, and much easier to live with alongside everything else you’re doing.
What makes this stage tiring isn’t the food itself.
It’s the thinking.
You’re making decisions constantly.
What to cook. What to offer. What to try next.Â
Grocery shopping takes longer because you’re second-guessing what belongs in the trolley now.
Meal prep feels oddly stressful for something that’s meant to be simple.
And when a meal doesn’t land well digestion-wise, it sticks with you longer than it should.
And it’s exhausting...
I Want Feeding To Feel EasierWhy This Stage Feels So Confusing?
Â
This part of feeding feels harder for a very simple reason: everything keeps changing.
Your baby goes from one or two tastes a day to three proper meals. Their appetite is unpredictable. Some days they’re interested, some days they’re not. Foods they ate happily last week suddenly get pushed away. And there’s no clear picture of what meals are supposed to look like now.
At the same time, you’re exposed to more advice than ever. Snippets. Posts. Comments. Opinions.Â
This is the part most mamas struggle with, once feeding becomes something you’re doing all day, every day.
Where The Confident Feeder Comes In?
Â
The Confident Feeder was created for this in-between stage.Â
It’s for mamas whose babies are eating solids, but who don’t want feeding to feel like a constant guessing game.
Mamas who want meals to feel doable again, without needing to research every decision or reinvent the wheel each week.
This course doesn’t tell you what a “perfect” day of eating looks like. It gives you a way to think about meals so you’re not starting from scratch every time your baby’s appetite shifts or routines change.
It’s there to help you answer the everyday questions that keep coming up, calmly and practically, so feeding fits into family life instead of taking it over.
Imagine This...
Â
You’re feeding your baby three meals a day (+snacks) without feeling behind or guessing what comes next.
Â
Allergens, grains, and dairy don’t feel stressful. You know how to introduce foods, what to watch for, and how to respond calmly if something doesn’t sit right.
Â
Packing food for daycare or planning for work feels simple. You trust your baby will eat enough, even when someone else is feeding them.
Â
When routines shift, your baby is sick, appetite dips, or things feel off, you can steady it without overhauling everything.
Â
Feeding bends with real life instead of falling apart when life gets busy.
The Confident Feeder is a self-paced course designed for the stage where babies are eating solids regularly and feeding suddenly feels like a bigger job than it used to.
Â
Inside the course, you’ll be supported through:
🍂 Daily Meals & Keeping Up:Â
How to approach three meals a day without overthinking it.
How to keep meals simple, balanced, and realistic as your baby’s appetite and interest change.
🍂 Foods That Come With Questions
Clear guidance on grains, legumes, dairy, toddler formulas, and other foods that often cause uncertainty at this stage, including how to introduce them, how to prepare them, and what to look for as you go.
🍂 Allergens & Reactions
A calm, step-by-step approach to introducing allergens, recognising when something isn’t sitting right, and knowing how to respond without panic or second-guessing.
🍂 Snacks & In-Between Eating
How to think about snacks as appetite grows, what role they play, and how to offer them without disrupting meals or creating pressure.
🍂 Day care & Returning to Work
How to adapt feeding when you’re not the one doing every meal. Including practical ways to communicate with caregivers so feeding stays consistent without needing to micromanage.
🍂 When Things Feel Off
Support for the moments feeding rarely goes smoothly. Illness, teething, routine changes, travel, regressions, or phases where your baby suddenly eats less or differently.
🍂 Simple Decision-Making Tools
Including the ROOTS Method, the Pause & Observe Window, and the Reset Meal. Practical tools you return to when feeding feels confusing or unsettled.
🍂 Family-Style Meals
Recipes and examples to help your baby eat alongside the family, with realistic adaptations that fit everyday life.
There are no live sessions, no schedule to keep up with, and no pressure to move through everything at once. You use it as feeding evolves, and come back whenever something shifts.

Why I Created The Confident Feeder?
Â
I didn’t create this course because I had feeding figured out. I created it after seeing the same struggles over and over. Repetitive meals, constant changes, and feeling overwhelmed even when babies were eating.
I learned that slowing down, observing, and letting go of perfection makes feeding easier for babies and the whole family.
The Confident Feeder shares this approach: practical guidance and a calmer, adaptable way to feed without feeling like you’re getting it wrong.
I’m Mathilde,
A certified pregnancy, postpartum, and baby nutrition consultant, and the Founder of Bébé and Me Collective. But first and foremost, I’m a mama (of 3!) who knows how heavy feeding can feel when it stops being simple. I have helped over 2,800 mamas start solids the ancestral way successfully and I am excited to help you become a confident feeder!
The Confident Feeder is for mamas with babies roughly 9 to 18 monthsÂ

Who This Course Is Not For? 🔕
Â
🚫 The Confident Feeder is NOT for parents looking for strict meal plans, exact schedules, or rules to follow blindly.
🚫 It’s not designed for medical or therapeutic feeding support, or for diagnosing or treating allergies or feeding disorders. If your baby needs specialised clinical care, this course isn’t a replacement for that support.
🚫 And it’s probably not the right fit if you want someone else to make every feeding decision for you. This course is about supporting you to make sense of feeding as it evolves, not handing you a rigid system to follow.
If feeding happens every day, questions keep changing, and you want it to feel easier, The Confident Feeder is here for you.
This course fits real life — no need to be ready, organized, or “on top of things.” You just need to be in this stage, doing your best, and wanting feeding to feel simpler.
Move at your own pace. Come back when routines shift. Use what matters now, leave the rest for later.
Â
If that sounds right, you’re welcome to join.
