Consultation Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: 1 October 2026
These Consultation Terms and Conditions apply to private consultations provided by Nourished Generations Pty Ltd (ABN 83 692 483 373), trading as Bebe and Me Collective ("Business", "we", "our" or "us").
These terms apply in addition to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy available on our Website. By purchasing or booking a consultation, you ("Client", "you" or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to these terms.
1. The Consultation
Your consultation includes the services and inclusions described on the relevant checkout or booking page.
For the Motherhood Nutrition & Wellbeing Consultation and Pregnancy Nutrition & Wellbeing Consultation, this currently includes:
-
A 90-minute private consultation via Zoom;
-
A pre-consultation health and wellbeing questionnaire;
-
A 3-day food journal to be completed before the consultation;
-
Personalised next steps following the consultation; and
-
One follow-up check-in approximately 7–10 days after the consultation.
The consultation may include nutrition education and recommendations, discussion of your current health and wellbeing, lifestyle and practical support, and coaching or mindset support where appropriate.
The exact content of the consultation will depend on your individual circumstances, concerns and goals.
2. Scope of the Consultation
The consultation is intended to provide nutrition education, wellbeing support, practical guidance and coaching within the Business' professional scope.
The consultation does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment and should not be interpreted as medical advice.
You should consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional regarding medical concerns, symptoms, diagnoses, medications, treatment or changes to your medical care.
If you are pregnant or postpartum, your consultation is not a substitute for care provided by your doctor, midwife, obstetrician or other appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
Where coaching or mindset support is provided, this does not constitute psychological, psychiatric or other mental health treatment.
We may recommend that you seek advice, investigation or treatment from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional where we believe this would be appropriate.
3. Information You Provide
To provide the consultation safely and appropriately, we rely on the information you provide to us.
You agree to provide information that is accurate, complete and relevant to the best of your knowledge, including information about your health history, symptoms, pregnancy or postpartum circumstances, medications, supplements, dietary intake and any other information reasonably relevant to the consultation.
You are responsible for informing us of any significant health conditions, allergies, diagnoses, medications or other circumstances that may affect the recommendations provided.
You are not required to provide information you do not wish to disclose. However, withholding relevant information may limit our ability to provide appropriate guidance.
4. Questionnaire and Food Journal
You will be asked to complete a pre-consultation questionnaire and 3-day food journal before your consultation.
Where possible, these should be submitted at least 48 hours before your scheduled consultation to allow adequate time for review.
If the required information is not provided before the consultation, we may be unable to review it in advance and the consultation may be less comprehensive as a result.
Any health or sensitive information you provide will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5. Payment
Payment must be made in full before the consultation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received and a consultation time has been agreed or booked.
Prices are displayed in the currency stated at the time of purchase.
6. Rescheduling and Cancellation
We understand that circumstances can change.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.
Where at least 24 hours' notice is provided, you may reschedule your consultation to another available time.
Where less than 24 hours' notice is provided, or you do not attend your scheduled consultation, the consultation fee may be forfeited and a new consultation fee may be required to make another booking.
We may exercise discretion in exceptional circumstances.
If the Business needs to cancel or reschedule your consultation, we will offer another suitable appointment time. If an alternative time cannot reasonably be agreed, you will be offered a refund for the consultation that was not provided.
Nothing in this clause limits any rights or remedies available to you under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.
7. Late Attendance
If you arrive late to your consultation, the consultation will ordinarily still finish at the originally scheduled time so that other appointments and commitments are not affected.
Where possible, we will still provide the consultation within the remaining appointment time.
If you are substantially late and the consultation cannot reasonably proceed, this may be treated as a missed appointment.
8. Online Consultations and Technology
Consultations are generally provided online using Zoom or another agreed video conferencing platform.
You are responsible for ensuring you have an appropriate internet connection, device and private environment from which to attend the consultation.
We are not responsible for technical issues arising from your internet connection, device or equipment.
If significant technical problems on our side prevent the consultation from proceeding, we will arrange another suitable time to complete the consultation.
9. Recommendations and Client Responsibility
Any information, education, suggestions or recommendations provided during or following your consultation are based on the information available to us at the time.
You remain responsible for deciding whether to implement any recommendation and for your own health, lifestyle and dietary decisions.
You should seek appropriate medical advice before making changes that may affect an existing medical condition, medication, treatment plan, pregnancy or other health concern.
You should contact an appropriately qualified healthcare professional if you develop new, worsening or concerning symptoms.
10. Results
No particular health, nutritional, wellbeing, mindset or other result is guaranteed as a result of participating in a consultation.
Individual outcomes vary depending on personal circumstances and many factors outside the Business' control.
11. Personalised Next Steps and Follow-Up
Where included in your consultation, personalised next steps will be provided after the session based on the matters discussed.
These recommendations are intended for your personal use only and are based on the information you have provided.
The included follow-up check-in is intended to briefly review how you are progressing with the matters discussed during the consultation.
It does not include ongoing consultation, unlimited messaging, ongoing health assessment or ongoing coaching unless separately agreed or purchased.
If you would like further support after your consultation, additional services may be available and will be subject to their own inclusions, fees and terms.
12. Intellectual Property
Any resources, written recommendations, templates, guides, handouts or other materials provided to you as part of the consultation remain the intellectual property of the Business unless otherwise stated.
They are provided for your personal use only and must not be reproduced, distributed, shared, sold, published or used for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
13. Privacy and Health Information
In providing the consultation, we may collect Personal Data, Health Information and other Sensitive Information about you.
This may include information provided through questionnaires, food journals, correspondence, consultations, health records or test results that you choose to provide.
Your information will be collected, used, stored and disclosed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy law.
By providing health or sensitive information that is reasonably necessary for us to provide the consultation, you consent to us collecting and using that information for the purpose of providing the consultation and related services.
14. Refunds and Consumer Rights
We do not provide refunds for change of mind once a consultation has been provided.
Cancellation and rescheduling before the consultation are dealt with in accordance with clause 6 above.
Nothing in these Consultation Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Business shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the consultation, information or recommendations provided.
You remain responsible for the decisions and actions you take based on the information, education, guidance or recommendations provided through the consultation.
Nothing in these Consultation Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
16. Governing Terms
These Consultation Terms and Conditions should be read together with our Website Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
If there is any inconsistency between these Consultation Terms and Conditions and the general Website Terms and Conditions in relation specifically to a consultation, these Consultation Terms and Conditions will apply to the extent of that inconsistency.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia and the laws applicable in New South Wales.
