By enrolling in and accessing the Baby Meal Map ("Course"), you ("User") also agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.  Please read them carefully before using the Course.  If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, do not access or use the Course.

·         Refunds: Due to the digital nature of the Course, no refunds will be provided once access is granted unless explicitly stated otherwise in the purchase terms.

·         Ensuring that the Course materials are appropriate for their needs.

·         Following all safety guidelines and precautions mentioned in the Course, including among other things, consulting with a medical health professional when appropriate

·         Keeping their login credentials secure and not sharing access with others.

Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Business shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Course or use of the Content.  You assume full responsibility of the dietary decisions you make for your baby.

12. Modifications to the Course or Terms The Business reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Course or these Terms at any time without prior notice.  Continued use of the Course constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia.  Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.  Users outside Australia agree to comply with these laws to the extent permissible in their local jurisdiction.  If any part of this agreement is held unenforceable or invalid, that part of the agreement will be deemed to be severed, and the remaining provisions will continue in operation.
