This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website, purchase our courses or programs, or take part in any community we run. Please read this policy carefully. By using our Website and/or purchasing our Courses or Programs, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not access the Website, Courses or Programs, or provide your information.
2. Definitions
Website. The Website is the website located at the domain Mathide Faucher – Nutrition Consultant | Bebe and Me Collective operated by us.
Services. The Services are the Website, our Courses and Programs, the Community, and any provision of our Courses or Programs via other means, including physical means.
Course or Program. The Courses and Programs are, non-exhaustively, the Baby Meal Map course, the Surviving the Nights Challenge, and any other course, program or mini-course available for purchase on the Website now or in the future.
Community. The Community means any private group, channel or forum we operate as part of a Course or Program, including groups hosted on third party messaging platforms such as Telegram.
Personal data. Personal Data means data about a living individual who can be identified from those data (or from those and other information either in our possession or likely to come into our possession).
Sensitive information. Sensitive information includes information about your health or your child's health. Under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) it attracts additional protection, and we generally only collect it with your consent.
Usage Data. Usage Data is data collected automatically and either generated through use of the Services, or from the infrastructure underpinning the Services.

Where you take part in a Community, we may also collect your Telegram username, display name and profile photo, and the content of any messages, questions or images you post in that Community.
Where you choose to share it with us, for example in a Community post, in a question submitted for a question and answer session, or in correspondence with us, we may receive information about your health or your child's health, including sleep, feeding, diet, symptoms and wellbeing. You are not required to share this information. By choosing to share it, you consent to us collecting and handling it in accordance with this policy.
Usage Data, including information about how you access and use our Services, including browser type, IP address, and operating system.
The above information may be collected either directly from you, or from third parties, when you register for the Services, interact with the Services, communicate with us through correspondence, chats, email or otherwise share information with us, take part in a Community, engage in other related social applications, services or websites, interact with our Services, content, advertisements and/or marketing material, or invest in our business or enquire about our business.
Otherwise, we try to collect any data directly from you with your informed consent (via this policy and its related documents) and by lawful means.
5. Cookies and tracking technologies
Our website may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance user experience and analyse usage data. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of our Service.

We use the information we collect to enable you to access and use our Services, to monitor the usage of our Services, to gather analysis or valuable information so that we can improve our Services, to operate, maintain, protect, improve and optimise our Services, to detect, prevent and address technical issues, to allow you to participate in interactive features of our Services when you choose to do so, to communicate with you including sending updates, promotional materials and Course-related notifications, to manage your account, process payments and provide customer support, to notify you about changes to our Services, and to comply with legal and regulatory obligations, resolve any issues our users may encounter, and enforce our agreements with third parties.
We also use the information to operate and moderate the Community, and to answer questions submitted for question and answer sessions.
We will only collect and use data necessary for the primary purpose it is collected for, or other excepted purposes outlined in this policy. We will only use or disclose data where we believe the data is accurate, up to date, complete, relevant, and not misleading.
7. Community content and use in marketing
Content you post in a Community can be seen by us and by the other participants in that Community. Depending on the platform, other participants may also be able to see your username, display name and profile photo.
We may reproduce and publish content posted in a Community, including by way of screenshot, in order to describe or promote our Courses, Programs and other products and services. Before publishing, we will remove your name, username and profile photo, unless you have given us your express consent for these to be included.
We will not publish any content that identifies you or your child by name, and we will not publish information about your health or your child's health in a way that could reasonably identify you, without your express consent.
You may ask us at any time not to use your content, or to remove content we have already published, by emailing hello@bebeandmecollective.com. We will comply within a reasonable time
8. How we share your information
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. However, we may share your information with third-party service providers who assist us in operating our business, such as payment processors, email platforms, course hosting platforms, messaging platforms and website hosting providers; if required by law, regulation, or legal process, such as a court order or subpoena; and/or to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Business, users, or others.
9. Third party platforms
Parts of our Services are delivered through third party platforms, including Telegram, our course hosting platform, our payment processor and our email platform. When you use those platforms, your information is also handled by them in accordance with their own privacy policies and terms, over which we have no control. We encourage you to read them. Creating an account with those platforms, and the privacy settings you choose within them, is your responsibility.
10. Retention of data
We will retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy or as required by law. Where a Community closes at the end of a Program, we will delete or archive its contents within a reasonable period, although we may retain copies where we are required to do so by law or where the content has been published in accordance with clause 7.
11. Storage and security
We may hold your personal information in either electronic or hard copy form. The security of your data is important, and we take reasonable precautions to protect your personal information against misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure. These steps include various physical, administrative, personnel and technical measures.

12. Service providers and data handling

14. Children's information
