Why I Created The Confident Feeder?

 

With my first daughter, I was terrified of getting it wrong. I followed every strict rule I found online - even waiting until she had back molars to introduce grains because I read it once on the internet.

She's 9 now and struggles with food - picky, won't try new things, has slight sensitivities.

By my second daughter, I'd learned to let go. I stayed intentional but relaxed. I observed her instead of obsessing over posts. I introduced grains when her digestion was ready, not when someone online said to.
