Consultation Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: 1 October 2026
These Consultation Terms and Conditions apply to private consultations provided by Nourished Generations Pty Ltd (ABN 83 692 483 373), trading as Bebe and Me Collective ("Business", "we", "our" or "us").
These terms apply in addition to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy available on our Website. By purchasing or booking a consultation, you ("Client", "you" or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to these terms.
Where the consultation concerns your baby or child, you confirm that you are their parent or legal guardian, or otherwise have the legal authority to provide information and consent to the consultation on their behalf.
1. The Consultation
Your consultation package includes the services and inclusions described on the relevant checkout or booking page.
For the Baby Eczema Gut Support Consultation, this currently includes:
-
An initial 75-minute private consultation via Zoom;
-
A pre-consultation questionnaire about your baby's health, feeding history and eczema symptoms;
-
A food and symptom journal, where requested;
-
Personalised next steps following the initial consultation;
-
A 30-minute follow-up consultation via Zoom, scheduled approximately 3–4 weeks after the initial consultation, subject to appointment availability.
The consultation may include nutrition education, discussion of your baby's feeding history, digestive health, potential dietary triggers, and practical guidance around nutrition, food elimination and reintroduction where appropriate. Where relevant, the breastfeeding mother's diet may also be discussed.
The exact content of the consultation will depend on your baby's individual circumstances, concerns and needs.
2. Scope of the Consultation
The consultation is intended to provide nutrition education, wellbeing support and practical feeding guidance within the Business' professional scope.
The consultation does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment and should not be interpreted as medical advice.
We do not diagnose eczema, food allergies, intolerances or other medical conditions, and the consultation is not a substitute for medical assessment or treatment by your child's doctor, paediatrician, dermatologist, allergist or another appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
Any recommendations relating to dietary elimination or reintroduction should be considered alongside appropriate medical guidance, particularly where a food allergy is known or suspected.
You should consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before making significant dietary changes that may affect your baby's nutritional intake, growth or medical care.
We may recommend that you seek further medical advice, investigation or treatment where we believe this would be appropriate.
3. Information You Provide
To provide the consultation safely and appropriately, we rely on the information you provide to us.
You agree to provide information that is accurate, complete and relevant to the best of your knowledge, including information about your baby's health history, eczema symptoms, feeding and dietary history, known or suspected allergies, medications, supplements, medical diagnoses and any other information reasonably relevant to the consultation.
Where breastfeeding is relevant, this may also include information about the mother's dietary intake and health history.
You are responsible for informing us of any significant medical conditions, allergies, previous adverse food reactions, prescribed treatments or other circumstances that may affect the recommendations provided.
You are not required to provide information you do not wish to disclose. However, withholding relevant information may limit our ability to provide appropriate guidance.
4. Pre-Consultation Questionnaire and Food Journal
You will be asked to complete a pre-consultation questionnaire before your initial consultation. You may also be asked to provide a brief food and symptom journal or other relevant information.
Where possible, these should be submitted at least 48 hours before your scheduled initial consultation to allow adequate time for review.
If the requested information is not provided before the consultation, we may be unable to review it in advance and the consultation may be less comprehensive as a result.
Any health or sensitive information you provide will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5. Payment
Payment must be made in full before the initial consultation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received and an initial consultation time has been agreed or booked.
The consultation package fee includes both the initial consultation and the follow-up consultation described in clause 1.
Prices are displayed in the currency stated at the time of purchase.
6. Rescheduling and Cancellation
We understand that circumstances can change.
If you need to cancel or reschedule either your initial consultation or follow-up consultation, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.
Where at least 24 hours' notice is provided, you may reschedule the relevant appointment to another available time.
Where less than 24 hours' notice is provided, or you do not attend a scheduled appointment, that appointment may be forfeited and an additional fee may be required to arrange a replacement.
We may exercise discretion in exceptional circumstances.
If the Business needs to cancel or reschedule either appointment, we will offer another suitable appointment time. If an alternative time cannot reasonably be agreed, you will be offered an appropriate refund for the service that was not provided.
Nothing in this clause limits any rights or remedies available to you under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.
7. Late Attendance
If you arrive late to either consultation, the appointment will ordinarily still finish at the originally scheduled time so that other appointments and commitments are not affected.
Where possible, we will still provide the consultation within the remaining appointment time.
If you are substantially late and the consultation cannot reasonably proceed, this may be treated as a missed appointment.
8. Online Consultations and Technology
Consultations are generally provided online using Zoom or another agreed video conferencing platform.
You are responsible for ensuring you have an appropriate internet connection, device and private environment from which to attend the consultation.
We are not responsible for technical issues arising from your internet connection, device or equipment.
If significant technical problems on our side prevent a consultation from proceeding, we will arrange another suitable time to complete it.
9. Recommendations and Client Responsibility
Any information, education, suggestions or recommendations provided during or following your consultations are based on the information available to us at the time.
As your baby's parent or guardian, you remain responsible for decisions regarding their health, nutrition, feeding and medical care.
You should seek appropriate medical advice before implementing dietary changes that may affect an existing medical condition, known or suspected food allergy, prescribed treatment or your baby's nutritional adequacy.
You should not discontinue prescribed treatments or undertake food elimination or reintroduction where a significant allergic reaction is suspected without appropriate medical guidance.
You should contact an appropriately qualified healthcare professional if your baby develops new, worsening or concerning symptoms. Suspected severe allergic reactions require immediate emergency medical attention.
10. Results
No particular improvement in eczema symptoms, digestive health, food tolerance or other health or nutritional outcome is guaranteed as a result of participating in the consultation package.
Individual outcomes vary depending on your baby's circumstances, medical history and many factors outside the Business' control.
11. Personalised Next Steps and Follow-Up Consultation
Personalised next steps will be provided after the initial consultation based on the matters discussed.
These recommendations are intended for your family's personal use only and are based on the information you have provided.
Your package includes one 30-minute follow-up consultation, intended to take place approximately 3–4 weeks after the initial consultation.
The purpose of this follow-up is to review your baby's progress, discuss any changes in symptoms, feeding or digestion, answer questions arising from the initial recommendations and make adjustments to the nutritional guidance where appropriate.
The follow-up consultation is included in the original package fee and does not require an additional payment.
The package does not include unlimited messaging, ongoing health assessment, additional consultations or ongoing coaching beyond the services described, unless separately agreed or purchased.
If you would like further support after completing your consultations, additional services may be available and will be subject to their own inclusions, fees and terms.
12. Intellectual Property
Any resources, written recommendations, templates, guides, handouts or other materials provided to you as part of the consultation remain the intellectual property of the Business unless otherwise stated.
They are provided for your personal use only and must not be reproduced, distributed, shared, sold, published or used for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
13. Privacy and Health Information
In providing the consultation, we may collect Personal Data, Health Information and other Sensitive Information about you and your baby.
This may include information provided through questionnaires, food journals, symptom records, correspondence, consultations, health records or test results that you choose to provide.
Your information and your baby's information will be collected, used, stored and disclosed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy law.
By providing health or sensitive information that is reasonably necessary for us to provide the consultation, you consent, in your capacity as parent, legal guardian or otherwise legally authorised person, to us collecting and using that information for the purpose of providing the consultation and related services.
14. Refunds and Consumer Rights
We do not provide refunds for change of mind once the consultation package has been fully provided.
Cancellation and rescheduling before or between appointments are dealt with in accordance with clause 6 above.
Nothing in these Consultation Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Business shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the consultation, information or recommendations provided.
You remain responsible for the decisions and actions you take regarding your baby's health, feeding and care based on the information, education, guidance or recommendations provided through the consultation.
Nothing in these Consultation Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
16. Governing Terms
These Consultation Terms and Conditions should be read together with our Website Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
If there is any inconsistency between these Consultation Terms and Conditions and the general Website Terms and Conditions in relation specifically to a consultation, these Consultation Terms and Conditions will apply to the extent of that inconsistency.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia and the laws applicable in New South Wales.
