Save My Spot

Created by a nutrition consultant and mama of three who has spent close to a decade navigating broken nights herself.

Practical support for your body, your energy, and your family life while your baby is still waking.

You want to respond to your baby at night. But you are also so tired.

You might be thinking about sleep all day, comparing your baby to everyone else's, wondering if you've done something wrong or whether you can keep going like this. Maybe you've even looked into sleep training, not because it feels right, but because you are desperate for something to change.

Surviving the Nights is for that exact season.

Over the six weeks together, we’ll focus on what can actually help you feel better while your baby is still waking. Your energy, your nourishment, the way sleep is taking over your thoughts, the expectations you’re carrying and the support you have around you.

The goal is for this season to feel lighter, more manageable and less all-consuming so you can enjoy your baby and your days again instead of feeling like everything depends on getting a better night.

Sleep deprivation is freaking hard. There’s no way around that. Babies wake, sometimes a lot, and when it goes on for months, or years, it can affect everything - your energy, your mood, your relationship, how you feel about motherhood and even how much you enjoy your baby. But I also don’t believe we have to spend this whole season completely depleted, counting the hours we slept and waiting for our baby to sleep through before we can feel good again.

There is a lot we can do to support ourselves through this time, physically, mentally and practically, even when we can’t control how often our baby wakes.

INSIDE THE SIX WEEKS

What we’ll work on together

We’re going to look at how to support your body when sleep is broken. We’ll talk about food, blood sugar, minerals, caffeine, daylight and the little things that can make a surprisingly big difference to how you feel.

We’ll talk about normal baby sleep too, because there is so much pressure to believe your baby should be sleeping differently by now.

We’ll also address the part nobody really talks about enough: thinking about sleep all day, comparing your baby to everyone else’s, dreading the night before it has even started and feeling like your whole life is revolving around whether tonight will be better.

And then there’s everything around that. The mental load, the help you’re getting (or not getting), how things are shared at home, what can be made easier and what you may need to let go of for a while.

The aim is that by the end of the six weeks, you’re still allowed to be tired, but you feel much more supported and energised, much less consumed by it and far more able to enjoy your baby and your days.

Broken sleep can feel incredibly lonely

Surviving the Nights is a six-week group experience, so you’re going through it alongside other mothers in the same season.

We’re raising babies with so little support, often carrying most of the mental load and feeling like we should somehow be able to cope with all of it ourselves.

Social media can make that harder. You see someone else’s baby sleeping through, another mum looking like she has it together, and you start comparing your baby, your choices and yourself.

The community gives you somewhere to connect with women who are tired, waking through the night but wanting to make changes on how they feel. You can share the hard nights, ask questions, celebrate the wins and know you’re not the only one in this.

Being around other mothers who get it can make this season feel a lot less isolating.

What I want to be different for you after six weeks

I don't expect your baby to suddenly sleep through the night (although they might align to your calm nervous system!). But I do want your experience of this season to feel very different.

✓ You wake up after a rough night and know how to look after yourself that day, instead of reaching for coffee and hoping for the best.

✓ You have more energy in the tank because you're eating enough and supporting your body properly through broken sleep.

✓ You're thinking about sleep a lot less and you're not spending every spare minute Googling wake windows or comparing your baby to others on social media.

✓ Bedtime doesn't fill you with dread, because you understand your baby's sleep and feel confident responding in the way that feels right.
✓ You have more help around you and your partner understands exactly how to support you.

✓ You know what to do when you feel completely depleted, including what's worth checking rather than assuming you just have to put up with it.

✓ You have other mothers around you who get it, to talk to after a hard night and celebrate the tiny wins with.

✓ Most of all, you're having more good days with your baby, getting out, laughing more, feeling like your life isn't on hold.
I want this!

Everything you’ll get inside Surviving the Nights

âś“ Surviving The Nights Challenge

6 weeks of daily teachings
(Value $797)

You’ll get an audio from me every Monday to Friday for six weeks. We’re going to talk about baby sleep, but we’re also going to talk a LOT about you. Your energy, your body, food, the constant thinking about sleep, the fear of another bad night, asking for help, your relationship, slowing life down for a while and finding ways to still have really good days with your baby.

I want these to be the things you can listen to while feeding your baby or going for a walk and think, okay, I can do this.

âś“ Ask Mathilde for Support

Weekly Q&A inside the community
(Value $497)

Each week, you’ll be able to ask specific questions inside the group and I’ll answer them with voice notes. Things like a supplement you’re unsure about, a meal you want help improving, something we’ve covered in the program, or a question about how to apply the teachings in your own situation.

✓ You’re Not the Only One Awake

Private Telegram community for 6 weeks
(Value $297)

A place to talk to other mothers who are in the same season and who understand how hard broken sleep can be.

You can share that you had a rough night and have someone listen without immediately telling you what you should do. You can see another mum celebrate the fact that she made herself a proper breakfast, got outside for ten minutes or asked her partner for help, and think, okay, maybe I can do that today too.

There is no shame around how your baby sleeps, how you feed them, how tired you are or how you are coping. The point is to feel less alone and to have other women around you who really get it so you can support each other moving forward.

âś“ Feed Yourself Before You Hit the Wall

The No-Think Nourishment Toolkit
(Value $197)

I don’t want to give you 50 beautiful recipes that you’ll save and never make because you’re too tired.

I want to show you what to eat when you have five minutes and a hungry baby on your hip. What makes a decent breakfast, lunch or dinner, easy ways to get enough protein, fats and carbohydrates, foods that give you a lot nutritionally without much effort, and what I would always have in the fridge, freezer and cupboard during this season.

Basically, less thinking about food and more eating the food your body needs.

✓ What I’d Take, What I’d Skip & What I’d Look Into

My supplement masterclass + reference list
(Value $67)

There are so many supplements marketed to tired mums and some are great, some are a waste of money, and some simply aren’t what I would spend my money on first.

I’ll share the ones I personally like, what I look for when I buy them, ingredients I pay attention to and when I think it makes more sense to investigate what’s going on rather than keep adding supplements.

EXCLUSIVE BONUSES

âś“ Is It Only Sleep?

Blood tests worth discussing with your practitioner
(Value $67)

Of course you’re going to be tired when your baby wakes all night. But pregnancy, birth and breastfeeding also ask a huge amount from the body, and most of the time there is more going on than lack of sleep.

I’ll give you the blood tests I think are worth knowing about, what they look at and what you can discuss with your GP or practitioner if you’re feeling really depleted. I want you to go into that appointment knowing what questions you want to ask instead of being told, “You have a baby, of course you’re tired.”

âś“ The Morning After a Terrible Night

Your rough-night survival guide
(Value $37)

You know those mornings where you wake up and think, how the heck am I supposed to survive a whole day now?

This is what I would do. What I’d eat, when I’d drink coffee, what I’d do about exercise, getting outside, minerals, rest, what I’d cancel and what I absolutely wouldn’t expect from myself that day.

Something you can pull up when your brain has no interest in making another decision.

âś“ Stop Asking Me What I Need

A practical partner training + shareable support sheet
(Value $97)

I know a lot of partners genuinely want to help. But “tell me what you need” means the exhausted mother still has to work out what needs doing, ask for it and usually remind everyone later.

This guide is about making the support much more practical. What can your partner completely take over? What can they do in the mornings if you’ve been awake feeding all night? What about meals, older children, bedtime, housework and giving you real opportunities to rest? The nights might fall heavily on you for a while, especially if you’re breastfeeding, but the rest of family life shouldn’t as well.

How it works

You’ll get a short audio teaching Monday to Friday for six weeks, delivered through Telegram so you can listen while feeding, walking, cooking or resting with your baby.

You’ll need to download the free Telegram app on your phone for the six weeks, as this is where the daily teachings and community will live.

Why Telegram? Because when you are exhausted, you probably don't want to connect to a course platform daily. Here, the teachings arrive straight to your phone and you can choose to set up notifications or not.

The extra videos, recipes and PDF resources will live inside the course platform, and everything will be released gradually throughout the six weeks so you’re not handed a huge library on day one.

There are no live calls, no homework and no pressure to keep up. Weekends are free to catch up or switch off.

Each week, you can ask specific questions inside the Telegram community and I’ll answer them there. The community and Q&A will be active for the full six weeks.

Surviving the Nights starts on the 28th of September. As soon as you join, you’ll get access to the welcome information, course platform and private community so you can get settled and meet the other mothers. The first teaching will arrive on our official start date.

Who’s behind Surviving the Nights?

I’m Mathilde, a nutrition consultant and mum of three, and I’ve spent close to a decade waking through the night with my children.

With my first baby, sleep consumed me. I questioned my milk, questioned myself, compared her to other babies, and searched constantly for the thing that would finally make the nights better.
I thought I needed to solve her sleep before I could feel okay again.

By my third baby, life was busier and his sleep was no easier. For months he slept on my chest because he would wake the second I put him down. But I went through that season very differently.

I understood what normal baby sleep could look like. I stopped treating every wake-up like something I needed to solve, and I paid much more attention to my own body, mindset, food, energy, support and the way we were living as a family.

I was still tired, sometimes incredibly tired, but I wasn’t spending that whole season waiting for the nights to improve.

That experience, together with my work in nutrition, is what Surviving the Nights is built from. I want to help mothers feel better supported through broken sleep, without making their baby the problem that needs fixing.

Is Surviving the Nights for you?

This is for you if:

✓ Your baby is waking a lot and you’re exhausted.

✓ You want to keep responding to your baby at night, but you’re starting to wonder how long you can keep doing this.

✓ You think about sleep way more than you want to and find yourself Googling, comparing or questioning what you’re doing.

✓ Sleep training doesn’t feel right for you, even if you’ve considered it out of pure desperation.

âś“ You want to understand what normal baby sleep can look like without turning your life into wake windows, schedules and tracking.

✓ You know your body needs more support, but you don’t have the energy to work out what to eat, what to take or where to start.

✓ You want more help around you and less pressure to carry everything yourself.

✓ You want to be around other mothers who get it, support you and remind you that you’re not the only one going through this.

✓ You want to enjoy your baby and your days more, even if the nights are still messy.

This probably isn’t for you if:

✓ You’re looking for a sleep-training program or a step-by-step plan to get your baby sleeping through.

✓ You’re looking for a quick fix and want your baby’s sleep to be the main thing we work on.

✓ You’re dealing with exhaustion or symptoms that feel medically concerning and need individual care from a doctor or qualified practitioner.
